At Cool Studio Digital, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Please review our shop policies carefully. By purchasing from our shop, you agree to these terms.

1. Processing and Shipping
Processing Time:
Instant Download Products: Available immediately upon payment confirmation.
Custom Digital Designs: Typically delivered within 1-3 business days.
Physical Merchandise: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Shipping Methods (Merchandise Only):
We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS with tracking available for most orders.
Shipping times depend on the destination and are typically:
Domestic: 3-7 business days.
International: 7-21 business days.
Delays: Once shipped, delivery times are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds and exchanges are not offered.
If there is an issue with your file or download, please contact us within 3 days, and we will resolve it.
Physical Merchandise:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Custom or personalized merchandise is non-refundable unless defective.
Cancellations:
Digital items and custom designs can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if work has not begun.
Physical merchandise can be canceled within 24 hours, as long as it has not shipped.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (Merchandise)
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

4. Custom and Personalized Orders
Digital: We gladly accept custom digital orders. Please provide all necessary details at checkout or via Etsy messages. Custom orders are final sale unless there is an issue with the file.
Merchandise: Custom physical items are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective.

5. File Issues or Download Problems (Digital Products)
If you encounter any issues downloading or opening your files, please contact us. We are happy to assist and ensure you receive your purchase as intended.

6. Usage and Copyright
For Personal Use: All digital designs are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
Commercial Use: If you wish to use our designs commercially, please contact us for licensing information.
Copyright: All designs and merchandise are the property of Cool Studio Digital and cannot be resold, shared, or redistributed in their original or modified form.

7. Taxes and Customs
Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs fees, or duties. Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.
